Over the last 30 years, Colorado Spray Polyurethane Foam Roofing (SPF) Roofing Systems have proven to be a durable, super-efficient, environmentally sound solution that will ultimately save you money. Consisting of a sprayed polyurethane foam membrane,
the SPF roof is coated with an elastomeric coating to help protect the foam from UV degradation and water leakage, making the roof highly energy efficient, seamless and lightweight. FM and UL Certified

The Roof Renewal Process
This SPF roof had been applied utilizing an improper coating. A process called scarification removes the failed coating.

A fresh pass of foam and new coating is applied, sustaining the performance of the roof.

As landfill fees are projected to skyrocket, building owners need to factor in removal and disposal costs when considering roof systems that have a definitive life expectancy.

Weathering The storm: Durability
This SPF roof in Puerto Rico remained leak free during the ravaging winds of Hurricane Hugo. Being fully adhered, SPF provides excellent protection where high winds are prevalent.
